Outstanding service from start to finish; Anthony was incredible!

From the very beginning, the communication from the company was top-notch. They were remarkably prompt in answering all of my questions, and their automated reminder messages were super helpful in confirming that our appointment was progressing right as planned.

I cannot praise Anthony enough. He arrived right on time and was an absolute one-man army! We inherited this fish pond when we bought our house and had no idea when it was last cleaned, so it had become heavily overgrown with plants. Anthony was incredibly patient with us, answering all of our questions and taking the time to explain the essential "dos and don'ts" of pond care.

He completely transformed our pond; it is now clear, shiny, and looks brand new. I am sure the fish are thoroughly enjoying their refreshed space. Truly exceptional service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them! I will be reaching out to Aqua pond for all of the future services.

Wasn’t sure what to expect as a first time user of Aqua Pond.
Anthony and Barry were fantastic. Did a great, great job on a very dirty and unmanaged pond which is now clean and clear with happy fish once again.
Will definitely be using their services again and I would highly recommend them.

My dad had always looked after the pond so when he passed away we had no clue regards maintenance. I contacted Anthony and after a few emails and photos of the pond we had booked for a full clean. Anthony was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and a very easy person to talk to. He cleaned the pond and pump and even repaired a couple of holes. He advised us about on going maintenance and general advice about the fish and plants. Our pond now looks fab and has gone from Green to clean in a few hours. Thank you so much.

I am so happy with the results of our recent pond clean out. The whole interaction was spot on and Anthony was quick to respond and keep me informed ahead of the visit. Anthony was so professional, tidy and considered throughout. Our pond is prone to overgrowth of Algae and he gave some great helpful recommendations and information during his visit. I really recommend him and his services as the pond hasn’t looked this clear in a very long time( very happy fish!). Here’s a before and after. Apologies hard to see the fish, they were a little shy in the after pics. Thank you again Anthony!😊

Anthony was friendly, very professional and communicative and installed our brand new pump and filter (which has made a huge difference to the 15 year old one!) for a very good price. Would very much recommend to others.
